Both Amy and lucy have been personal training with me for around 4 months now. Lucy started with me because she has a wedding coming up in September 2022, and Amy wants to look great for her best friend’s day too. They both suffered from lower back pain due to their jobs (tattoo artists).

Both Amy and lucy started with hardly any experience or confidence in the gym, their fitness levels were low as well as their knowledge on how to use the equipment and the machines in the facility. For the first two months, I decided to teach them how to use all the machines and the names of exercises, as well as certain stretches to reduce lower back pain, as this can make certain exercises difficult in the future.

This then gave them the confidence to rent out the gym alongside their sessions with me. With the new confidence they have found in the gym, they purchased a weight loss package, which involved three hours of personal training, and now are both able to confidently work out to speed up their weight loss results.
