- If you find you have you’re having success working out in the gym, but finding yourself in need of help and advice on nutrition then I can help you to gain control of your diet. After an initial consultation and analysis of your daily food in take for a week, we can work together to set manageable and achievable goals to get your nutrition on track to go alongside your gym program.
After answering a short questionnaire I will use the information you have provided to produce an 8-week tailored program to help you achieve your goals. These can be home-based programs or gym based programs, these will include detailed exercises and teaching points, rep ranges and sets to be achieved.
- Flexibility is a major factor when working out. Over a period of time muscles can become tight and painful, this can often lead to lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc. I offer stretching session to help you achieve a greater range of motion and flexibility, these sessions will last 30 minutes and can be performed in the condor of your own home.
- Therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure.
